This week I am mostly wearing…
It’s been a while since I posted a ‘this week I am mostly wearing,’ so I thought I’d redress the balance over the next couple of posts if I can. (There’s never a press photographer around when you want one)
Last week I was wearing cashmere from the Scottish company Johnsons of Elgin in the form of this designer label from Iona Crawford. I was giving a talk at the ICA at the time and part of the fun was posing outside in the cold for the photographer.
So maybe that’s where I got this cold!
Anyway Iona was one of many innovative names at the event to promote the work that Scottish fabrics do all over the world – where would Chanel for one, be without them.
This picture proves that it’s not just folksy tartans it forward thinking, state of the art materials too.
